This 360sqft condo is located at the center of Boston downtown, close by Newbury Street and China town. A city bohemian boutique hotel concept reflected the modern living in a 150 years old building.

- Minimalist design to support the bohemain, elegent and luxurious impression.
- Room divider create privacy and a small foyer
- Relocated bedroom door to create a larger closet that fit a couple large fashion collections
- Compact Kitchen design: Take over the oven range into cooktop and downsize the dishwasher into half size dishwasher to increase storage space.
- Bathroom design: Installed a smaller sink and cabinetry gives more room for couple move around.
